When you open up to people more, you'll be surprised to just how much
encouragement you'll find.  But, you also have some misconceptions that are
preventing you from opening up more.
You me motioned a new shrink a few months ago. You still doing that? Are you
clicking with him/her?   Is he/she understanding you?
