It can work very well for depression but for most anxiwety sufferers it's too stimulating and will exacerbate their anxiety. Still, it may work in a combo with, say, Xanax. Unlike Prozac Wellbutrin does *not* cause sexual dysfunction. As a matter of fact it's sometimes used at a low dose to counteract SSRI-induced sexual problems. I've found I do have to keep the Xanax handy though for when the anxiety gets out of control.
