What's PLMD?

FWIW, I was having tremors in my left hand last fall on wellbutrin after
having been on it for three years (it also wasn't helping with the
depression/ADHD anymore). However, after doing some research, I found that
the glucophage that I started on last year can interfere with the metabolism
of B-vitamins which are essential to neurotransmitter function. Adding
massive doses of B-vitamins (B-6, B-12, and folic acid) to my medication
regimen (not taken at the same time as the glucophage) seems to have
completely overcome whatever depletion-effect the glucophage had and now my
wellbutrin works fine for the depression/ADHD again without tremors.
