Acceptable == does not make my job any harder.

For example:

User: I've deleted somerandomfile - what can I do?
Me: Buggerall. Have a nice day!

or

User: I've installed PieceOfShit 4 and my computer doesn't work!
Me: Oh, that's not part of the standard build. You've automatically
    transferred to the Self-Support Plan...

as opposed to:

User: I've just resent an e-mail virus to the entire company, and it's
      wiped out all our source code.
Me: YOU unprintable here, even in a modern and realistic newsgroup,
    etc! I'LL CUT YOUR BLOODY FINGERS OFF!

An unsubtle difference, but a real one.
