Any monks or lurkers know anyone at chello, especially chello.cl?

ObASR: Total time to install ADSL at home: 11 months.  Time to get it
to work *after* it was installed: 3 months.

Reason: inbound/outbound packet (cell?) sizes were reversed.  I guess
that they are asymetrical?!?!?  What a piece of crap!  But I guess I
got even:
