That's indeed the case. Besides the 'techies' at the site in
question are most likely to use the phone.

Indeed ... as far as I'm concerned the phone on my desk is for
getting pizza in. If the problem is so severe that you can't send
mail, then it isn't my problem. Shame the lusers don't see it
that way.
