point #1: What happened to "the customer is always right"?

point #2: Are your salepeople being paid to HELP me or ARGUE with me?
I'll allow one query to establish that I want to purchase
this particular item, not a discussion about merits, but
           after that, you're insulting me.

point #3: What makes your salespeople so bloody arrogant that he
thinks he knows what my business needs more than I do?
Me, the person who's been working on this project for
$AMOUNT_OF_TIME, versus Him, who's been pushing random
boxes and cards to all kinds of people?

point #4: If you don't want to sell me *exactly* what I ask for,
why the fuck is it in your window/catalog/website?
You want to sell it, I want to buy it, just shut up and
           process the order . . . unless you're baiting & switching.

ok
