Ummm... the first time I heard "spinner" was in the gymnastics / dance
world, where the two qualifications are:
1. the girl is flexible enough to get her legs out of the way
essentially turning herself into a rectangular box capable of being
"spun" around a man's "excitement".
2. Light enough for the guy to physically "spin" her around his
excitement.

Note that #1 depends on the girl, while #2 depends on the guy.
