It comes with everything that the web page says except for the fact that
it my SparcBook 3 comes with 32 megs of ram instead of 16 and a 520 meg
SCSI HD instead of the standard 340.
Some extras are:

AUI Adapter
Serial Connector
The hardware is in perfect condition.
Please note that Solaris is corrupted and it will not boot fully. (Give an
error)
