Lantronix makes such a unit, although it is actually 2 boxes:
http://www.lantronix.com/products/nts/ntpe1_tr1/
It can be bought with or without the GPS receiver. The unit
supports a wide variety of GPS and other timecode receivers.

The same unit is resold by Zyfer, as the NTPsync:
http://www.zyfer.com/

Spectracom (http://www.spectracomcorp.com/) sells the NetClock/NTP
model 8189.

Coetanian Systems (http://www.coetanian.com/) sells the TSS-100
Time Synchronization Server.

Absolute Time Corporation (http://www.absolutetime.com/) sells
the Model 600A NetTime Server.

Time and Frequency Solutions (http://www.timefreq.com/) sells
an NTP card that installs in one of their master clock systems.
Track Microwave (http:www.trak.com/) used to sell a similar card
for their master timing system, but I am unable to confirm whether
they stil do.

Arbiter Systems now sells an Option #32, which installs in several of
their GPS controlled clocks. I have dealt with Arbiter several times,
and think very highly of their support and their products. I gladly
give them my personal recommendation. You can find them at
http://www.arbiter.com/
