Which is pretty amazing given that translation/emulation techniques are to the
point that a modern 64 bit processor like the Dec Alpha can run COMPASS code
orders of magnitude faster than any Cyber ever built.  Too bad CDC hasn't
supported its legacy customers in saving their software investment while getting
off the old iron.  There would be a lot more "quasi-Cyber" sites left if they
had...
