Personally, I'm not sure if 9.1 is worth upgrading to! Simply because there
isn't enough major features in it. There appear to be only 6 new features,
the rest are cosmetic. And the System apparently takes up an extra 19mb of
RAM!

See this url for details: http://www.thinksecret.com/features/macos91/
And: http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/0012/fortissimo.shtml

Features that I know of:
-A new 'Window' menu in the Finder.
-A new 'Network' control panel, that integrates AppleTalk, TCP/IP, Modem,
Dial Assist, and Remote Access.
-A new look Mouse control panel.
-A new look 'Startup Disk' control panel.
-A new look 'Sound' control panel.
-A new look 'Energy Saver' control panel.
-A new look 'General Controls' control panel (now PPC native).
-Even more stable OS.
-Boots up alittle faster, alledgedly!
-Keyboard shortcuts for the View Options and Empty Trash.
-Appearance themes for the iMacs, namely; Indigo, Ruby, and Sage Foam.
-Everything that use to go into the 'Internet' folder will now go straight
into the 'Applications' folder.
-The 'Utilities' folder will be moved into the 'Applications' folder.
-OpenGL 1.2.
-USB Printer Share 1.0.
-USB Support 1.4.6 - improves USB support and performance.
-An new and improved 'Software Update' control panel. About time!
-Full support for using Apple's new Pro USB keyboard.
-Mac OS 9.1 is NOT MacOS X Public Beta compatible.

Maybe I'm wrong - somebody want to list any other features?

My only major worry, is the huge increase in memory consumption.
Soon 128mb of RAM won't be enough anymore!!! I do hope NOT.
