i use it with a sparcbook 3 and a sparc station 4, both running solaris
2.x w/o any problems.

you'll want to add the following to your /etc/format.dat file:

# The following is the format.dat entry for an IOMega Jaz drive.

         :ctlr=SCSI:ncyl=1018:acyl=2:pcyl=1020 \

there is a web page somewhere providing more info - as far as what
to do with a sparc running sunOS.
