Sparc 4 takes 8MB 5.0v ECC 1Mx72 Fast Page 60ns DIMM  p/n 501-2470 or
                    32MB 5.0v ECC 4Mx66 Fast Page 60ns DIMM p/n 501-2471.

Sparc 5 also uses these same memory modules.
