I am having a lot of trouble getting them to "talk" to one another. The problem looks like a baud rate mis-match, but no setting satisfies. I'm using 8 bits, no parity, and have tried fiddling with these settings as well, but to no avail. BTW, the terminal functions properly hooked up to another device, so that is not where the problem lies. Should I change the RS423/232 jumper inside the box? (I think not; wasn't needed on my Sparc10 - but...)
