Thanks. > >Felix Lucas flucas @recol.es For ILS 28L, initially approach from southeast at 4000 MSL on R-282 off of SFO VOR, 115.8. This avoids procedure turn. Tune Woodside VOR 113.9 on #2. Once past R-36 off of Woodside, descend to 1800. Tune #1 to Loc freq of 111.7. Tune ADF to 379. Tune #2 VOR to Oakland, 116.8. You'll pass outer marker at 1768 MSL. ADF needle will swing, #2 VOR will be centered on R-174, outer marker beacon will light. Descend to DH, 211 feet. You'll need 3/8 mile visilbity (1800 RVR) to begin the approach. For ILS RWY 28L, follow same procedure except fly the R-281 off of SFO. Tune Loc freq. to 109.55. DH is 210 feet, 1/2 mile visibility (2400 RVR). If you miss either approach, climb direct SFO, continue climb to 3000 via SFO R-280, hold southeast 15 DME out. At 90 knots, the approach from the OM to the MAP should take 3:32. For 19L, approach from the north over Concord VOR, 117.0 at 5000 MSL. Fly outbound on the R-236 for 2.6 miles to intercept SFO R-011. Tune Sausalito 116.2 on #2. After passing R-071 off of SAU (17.5 DME) descend to 2900. After passing R-101 off of SAU (10.1 DME) tune Loc into #1, 108.9 and descend to 1900. Final approach fix is off of SAU R-116 (6.7 DME). Decision height is 208 MSL. You'll need 3/4 mile visilibity (40 RVR) to begin approach. Time from final approach fix (6.7 DME) to decision height at 90 knots is 3:00. Missed approach: climb to 420 then climbing left turn to 2000 via SFO R-101 to BRIJJ outer marker (379 ADF) and hold southeast, left turns. Hope this helps.
