Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, the GPS 90 does not have the capability to operate in a
"slave" mode like you describe.

The NMEA input on the GPS 90 is only capable of receiving waypoints
through
the reception of WPL sentences on it's NMEA input. Each valid waypoint
(WPL
sentence) received will be stored in the GPS 90's waypoint list.
