This Service Bulletin was issued August 23, 1999 and relates to the TOPO
software, serial numbers 45000000 through 45017599.

Appears there was significant errors in USGS material provided for Prince
William Sound and Seward, Alaska regions.  These are are not to be used for any
purpose according to the bulletin.

If you have one of these serial numbers, you should receive a copy of the
bulletin and instructions for replacement, but only if you sent in that
registration card (good reasons for doing so are show here).  Best access
