They also have a comparison survey of their own software vs. online services. You will also learn a lot about the topic. http://www.waypnt.com/reports.html It's certainly not a big problem to get into that range of accuracy - the problem is to achieve it in a dependable manner so you can really trust your results. For that reason, you certainly have to get a dual frequency unit. Bear in mind that some online service uses precise ephemeris data which needs a week or two to compute. You need to wait for that span before you see your results.
