I have to say this is strange, because the Longitude of the Airy Transit line is
at
 "N 51° 28' 40.1247"   W 00° 00' 05.3101" (about 100 meters of west longitude
and easily measured with a hand-held GPS)...  See:

When GPS was set to zero Greenwich longitude, it was set at the equator which
induces and error at Greenwich due to the Greenwich datum not being
earth-centered...
