Depends what you mean by "use with my new Vista".

The only maps you can _load_ into your Vista are
those available from Garmin(e.g. Mapsource).

If you mean 'software I can use on my PC/laptop
as either moving map software, or software to be
used in planning trips, or seeing where you have
been, then there are lots of choices, depending
on your requirements.
