Hey guys,

Can anyone confirm weather or not Selective Availability is back on or
still off after the Sept 11 attack?  I've heard and read different
stories saying:

a: "Yes its on"
b: "No, its Off"
c: "No, but it's being jammed locally in Afghanistan".... etc

What is really going on? And will it have much of an effect on
Geocaching?
